Because we print on demand and uphold high artistic standards, each order is created uniquely. We’re transparent about our process, shipping expectations, and timelines to deliver a smooth, reliable experience.


📦 Order Production & Fulfillment

  • Made to Order: Every Wakasi product is custom printed when you order it — this reduces waste and ensures your piece is created with care.

  • Processing Time: Orders are submitted to our production partner within 24–48 hours.

  • Fulfillment Time: Most products are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 2–6 business days.


🌎 Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide, partnering with leading fulfillment centers to get your art to your door reliably.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate $5.95 or Free on orders over $60

🌍 International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (varies by destination)

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location

  • Free Global Shipping: Orders over $100 USD

Note: Delays can occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or regional disruptions. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.


📫 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update, especially during high-volume periods.

If you didn’t receive your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at art@wakasi.com.


🛡️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We stand behind every order. If there’s an issue:

  • Damaged Items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

  • Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days (domestic) or 40 business days (international), reach out to us. We’ll file a claim and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.


🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.


🔄 Changes & Cancellations

Because your item is custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once in production. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
