📫 Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update, especially during high-volume periods.

🛡️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
We stand behind every order. If there’s an issue:

Damaged Items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days (domestic) or 40 business days (international), reach out to us. We’ll file a claim and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
Because your item is custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once in production. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
